4.2 Project Delivery

We undertake to perform all services with professional skill and diligence consistent with industry standards for computer systems design. Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith; actual delivery dates may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and factors outside our reasonable control.

4.3 Client Obligations

Clients shall provide timely access to information, systems, personnel, and facilities reasonably required for Entai Tech to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may incur additional charges as defined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. Confidential information does not include information that: is or becomes publicly available through no breach; was already known to the receiving party; is independently developed; or is required to be disclosed by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTAI TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR REPUTATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Entai Tech for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
